So I've been walking 2 miles a day with the double stroller for the past few days and it feels better and better. Today I tried to jog a few steps and it didn't feel as wrong as when I tried yesterday so hopefully I'm getting closer to running. I'm able to do push-ups now and seated weight-lifting so at least I'm getting a bit of an upper body workout while I wait out this recovery period. I keep telling myself it's a very short period of time in the grand scheme of my life so I should just relax and do it right. I would really like to run the Thanksgiving 10k (Snugs will be 6.5 weeks by then), even if it's really slowly.
