Trying

I've been trying to find the energy/time to write a post about Nadia or the pregnancy, but somehow sitting back and letting the discomforts of the day melt away seems more appealing. And with our credit card info being stolen yesterday, stress levels are a bit high this week.

In the meantime, I had my 16 week checkup yesterday. Fetal heartrate: 148. Weight gain (mine, that is): 2.5 lbs. 3 weeks until the ultrasound!

When asked her favorite color today, Nadia shouted, "Green Packers!"

She, who was the staunchest "daddy's girl," is now whining for "mommy" morning, noon, and night. Strange. As much as I appreciate being invited to play in her room with them rather than being kicked out, the switch has become a bit exhausting. Is it because I'm preggers? Who knows.

When I first saw this wall I didn't figure she would be able to climb it until she was about 5. She now climbs it completely unassisted. She has bigger 'guns' than I!
