Check out my new HM time (left margin)- down from 1:54:55 two years ago. Beat my old PR, obviously, and even beat my ambitious goal of running it in under 1:50. Felt great and unlike last time I'm neither sick nor crippled. At least not yet - we'll see how I feel tomorrow. Besides being in better shape this time around I also took in a bit of Gu and water halfway through which I think helped me avoid the 7 mile wall I used to hit. Pictures courtesy of J's phone.
