Nailed It

Check out my new HM time (left margin)- down from 1:54:55 two years ago. Beat my old PR, obviously, and even beat my ambitious goal of running it in under 1:50. Felt great and unlike last time I'm neither sick nor crippled. At least not yet - we'll see how I feel tomorrow. Besides being in better shape this time around I also took in a bit of Gu and water halfway through which I think helped me avoid the 7 mile wall I used to hit. Pictures courtesy of J's phone.

6 Months of Snug Life

The poor child has crazy mullet hair already.

She seems to want to be on the move - is very wiggly on her tummy and can move in a circular motion moving her arms. Now if she could only lift her trunk!

As you can see, she is still super smiley.

First food today - took to it well. Let's hope this continues!

Josee is still a sleep-pinball - totally unpredictable, and it doesn't help that she has been sick for the past week. Last night, however, was glorious. She went down relatively quickly at 8 pm, I went in at 2:30 to change/nurse her, and then she slept until 7 and probably would have slept longer had the Moop not noisily come out of her room.
