9 Months (A Couple of Days Ago)

Josee, aka, the brute.

Ok, sorry, that sounds mean. But compared to her sister who was/still is (in some ways), scared of everything, we have no words.

My dad has commented (and I tend to agree) that the kids look nothing like us and nothing like each other. (I strongly believe that people who think Nadia looks like me are being confused by our similar haircuts.) J and I must come from gigantic gene pools.

The one thing they do have in common is that they are fantastic eaters. At least so far.

Snugs' stats: 17 lbs, 8 oz. 28 inches. Tall and skinny. I've noticed, and my mom has commented, how her baby fat is disappearing and she is looking leaner. Nadia lost percentile between 6 and 12 months, as has Josee. Could be genetic. Could be a sharp drop in my milk supply after they start solids. Either way, they are/were both healthy and I suspect will continue to be so.

Still no teeth. Sigh.
